I found the trick to getting up early it to set my alarm for two hour before the original time I want to get up at least that way I’ll be awake and slowly get ready to start the day. Today is another working day, I’ll be away for two hours and I’ll be home before I even know it. I have plans of reading through chapter one of frequency and do the exercise. I’ve already set my intentions for the new moon. I already have goals for this week and I am looking for the rewards going to the movies on Friday, plus an hour training set with my new registers. I’ve wrote in my gratitude and personal journal. I’ve add a couple of rows to my knitting projects.
